How does the design process work?

Each project begins with a consultation to understand your vision, goals, and style. Once we discuss the details, I’ll send a custom proposal and quote. After receiving your 50% down payment, I begin the creative process and share updates along the way. You’ll be able to review drafts, request revisions, and give feedback until you’re 100% happy with the final product.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines vary depending on the project size and complexity.

• Logos & Branding: 3 days - 1 week

• Social Media Templates or Content Calendars: 1 - 2 weeks

• Website Design: 2–4 weeks

What are your payment terms?

All services require a 50% non-refundable down payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due once the final project is completed and approved.

Please remember — I’m a freelancer, and everything I use to bring your project to life comes directly out of my own pocket. This includes marketing tools, design platforms, premium assets, and software fees that help me ensure professional-quality results. Your deposit helps cover these costs and allows me to dedicate the time and resources needed to create something beautiful for your brand.

Do you provide a contract?

Yes — every project includes a formal contract between you (the client) and me before any work begins. Once the deposit is received, I’ll send over a simple contract that clearly outlines our agreement, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and mutual expectations.

This ensures that both sides are fully protected and understand the scope of work before moving forward. It’s all about transparency, trust, and professionalism — so you can feel confident that your project is in good hands.

Do you work with clients outside of Texas?

Absolutely. While I’m based in San Antonio, Texas, I work with clients all across the U.S. and internationally. I’ve collaborated with small businesses, nonprofits, and creatives in multiple states and love helping new brands come to life — wherever they’re located.

What platforms do you design on?

I mainly work with Canva, Square, Adobe, Microsoft/Excel, WordPress, and Wix for website design and social media templates. However, I can easily adapt to your preferred platform or brand style if you already have one established.
